Waltham Forest Diving Club
Welcome to the website of Waltham Forest Diving Club (WFDC).
The club has been running for 30 years and offers diving coaching for children aged 6 to 16.
Prospective divers must be able to swim 4 widths of the pool competently. Please check out our useful information for New Divers page if you are interested in joining.
For existing members this site is the main source of general club information as well as news about forthcoming competitions and results.
Spring Term starts from Tuesday 10th January 2012 and ends on Thursday 29th March 2012.
Overdue Spring Term Fees - please will those remaining parents with outstanding fees pay Ian or Alison immediately. Your child will NOT be allowed to dive from February 1st onwards until fees are received. Your child is at risk of losing their place to someone on the waiting list.

All WFDC coaches have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and have enhanced status certification. The process is administered via the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) CRB unit. Here is the CRB FAQs page which should answer most questions you may have. The named Welfare Officer for WFDC is Ian Capes. Please contact him if you have any concerns. Additonally, Shelley Abbott is the diver's representative so your child can speak to her directly on pool-side.
